A recording is only useful as evidence if it can be trusted. We examine audio and video files for cuts, insertions and re-recording, compare voices where identity is disputed, and prepare transcripts that can be filed alongside the recording.
What we do
- Detection of edits, splices, insertions and deletions
- Metadata and file structure analysis to check the recording's origin
- Speaker comparison between disputed and sample recordings
- Noise reduction and enhancement of unclear speech or footage
- CCTV footage review and frame-by-frame analysis
- Verbatim transcription in Hindi and English
When clients come to us
- A call recording is being used against you and you believe it was edited
- You need to prove that your own recording is original and complete
- CCTV footage from an incident needs to be clarified or examined
- A court filing needs a proper transcript of an audio or video file
How it works
What you receive
An authentication report explaining the tests carried out and the findings, with transcripts and enhanced copies provided separately where requested.
Questions about audio & video authentication
Which file do you need?
The original file from the device that recorded it, not a copy forwarded on WhatsApp, which compresses and strips useful data. If only a copy exists, we can still examine it with limits.
Can you enhance CCTV to read a number plate?
Enhancement can improve clarity, but it cannot create detail that was never captured. We will tell you what the footage can and cannot support.
Is my case kept confidential?
Yes. Your identity, the details you share and our findings are kept private and are released only to you or to whomever you direct in writing.
